Please note there will again be one gross qualifier at each club. However, the gross qualifier will now play with 80 per cent of his course handicap in the cluster playdowns and finals just like the rest of his team.

This event will have two different finals. The Florida Championship portion is open to Clubs winning their cluster - see bottom of page for itinerary. The Muskoka Final is open to Clubs placing second - fourth in their cluster.

Muskoka Finals

24 teams from the Cluster Play-Down will compete in this flight. 24 DOOs and
120 amateurs.

Clubs will be picked at random to populate two flights – the TaylorMade Flight,
and WestJet Flight. Over the two days the flights will flip courses – Rocky Crest
and Lake Joe.

Format of play: The format for the event is two-person net better ball for
Stableford points using 80 per cent of handicap. Each team has three pairs of
players (playing partners determined by DOO and players). The aggregate of the
team better-ball scores shall be the team score for the day.

If after two rounds two or more teams are tied for first place a three hole playoff
will be held immediately following play. Each team must pick two net players to
represent their team in this playoff. The same two person net better-ball format
will apply. Teams will play the 18th hole until the tie is broken.
Pari-mutuel betting will take place following Round 1. A detailed outline will be
available prior to play. Don’t miss this opportunity to bet on yourself and your
competitors!

Event Scoring Format: Modified Stableford

Net double bogey 0 points
Net bogey 1 points
Net par 2 points
Net birdie 3 points
Net eagle 4 points
Net double eagle 5 points
